Delivery and Payment Terms
All orders placed through our online shops trailer.one, buente.com and fedaro.de are made directly with TrailerOne GmbH, Gewerbepark 18, 49143 Bissendorf, Germany. We sell exclusively to business customers. All prices are quoted excluding applicable VAT.
We charge a flat rate of €9.75 excluding VAT per parcel. If an order consists of several parcels, the charge applies to each parcel individually. You can view the delivery costs in your basket before completing your order.
Bulky or heavy goods are shipped by freight carrier. Charges for freight delivery and backorders depend on the weight and volume of the goods. We will inform you of these costs before dispatch.
Different delivery charges apply to destinations outside Germany. Please get in touch and we will let you know the delivery costs for your country.
Within Germany, we normally deliver within 1–3 working days.
Payment Methods
After your purchase, you will receive an invoice. Please pay it by bank transfer to TrailerOne GmbH within 8 days of receipt.
Pay for your goods by invoice within 30 days. Payment is processed by our payment partner Billie. After placing your order, you will be redirected to Billie, where you will enter your company name, billing address and email address. Billie will issue your invoice, which you pay directly to Billie.
Pay quickly and securely with PayPal and benefit from PayPal Buyer Protection. Simply select PayPal as your payment method during checkout.
